Registration process

All registrations are online.

They are managed by Voyages Mathez, our Professional Conference Organiser in charge of the UIE Conference.

Registrations fees

Earlybirds fees (until June 30th, 2024)

Normal fees (after June 30th, 2024)

*The PhD students discount rate requires a proof of status (school certificate or valid student card).

**Accompanying person registration includes the welcome party and the gala dinner.

UIE2024 participant registration fees will include the following: 

• Access to the conference rooms and the exhibitor area
• Coffee breaks and refreshments
• Lunches of Wednesday and Thursday
• Welcome party on Tuesday evening
• Gala dinner on Thursday evening
• Conference documentation
