Important deadlines

• Submission of abstracts : Open 
  
  
• Notification of acceptance : Starting April 15th, 2024 
  
  
• Early bird registration : June 15th, 2024

All abstracts (maximum 2 pages) should be submitted through this platform. Please connect and submit directly no later than Feb. 15th, 2024.

Your abstract will include : title of paper, names and affiliation of authors, contact information of corresponding author and description of content of the paper.

After the conference, authors of selected abstracts will have the opportunity  to provide an 8-page full text which will be published in special issues of international indexed journals. Further information will be provided on the conference web-site.

How to submit your abstract?

Here is the procedure for submiting an abstract:

1.  Create an account under the next to the “Login” buttom.
   
   
2. After creating an account, you will receive an email with your login information.
   >>> Beware of using the username generated by the site and not your email address for login.
   
   
3. Follow the instruction under “My Space > My submissions > submit an abstract” where you will be asked to fill in all the information and to upload the 2-page word document.

WARNING: Each registered participant can only present one communication (oral or poster).
